About Nakheel Residences

Nakheel Residences is a residential development in Fujairah made up of three buildings, with parking inside for the people who live there.

It is developed by ASAS Investment & Development, a holding company founded in 2014 with its head office in Fujairah. ASAS works across construction, real estate, food and beverage, and hospitality and tourism.

In a residential building, the parking belongs to the tenants. The goal was simple: make sure only tenants park inside, without a guard checking every car by hand.

The Project

Tenant-only parking across three buildings

You need to be a tenant to park at Nakheel Residences. Entry2Exit installed a gate barrier and an ANPR camera on every parking entry, and set up a dashboard where the building admin keeps the list of allowed vehicles.

There is no paid parking on site, so there was no need for kiosks or payment devices. The whole system is built around one question at the gate: is this car registered to a tenant?

ANPR on every entry

Hikvision ANPR cameras read the number plate of every car that arrives at any of the entrances.

Automatic gate barriers

CAME barriers open on their own for registered tenant vehicles and stay closed for everyone else.

Tenant registration on the dashboard

Tenants register their vehicles through the building admin, who adds each allowed plate to the dashboard. Moving in, moving out, or changing cars is a quick update.

No paid parking

Parking is a tenant benefit, not a revenue stream, so access is based only on registration.

The Flow

From tenant registration to an open barrier

Tenants register their vehicles through the building admin, who adds the allowed vehicles on the dashboard. After that, the gate does the rest.

The Hardware

The hardware at every entry

Entry2Exit works with leading hardware brands rather than locking a site into one supplier. At Nakheel Residences, each parking entry pairs a CAME barrier with a Hikvision ANPR camera.

ANPR Camera

Read the number plate of every arriving car and check it against the allowed list, so the right barrier opens for the right vehicle.

Residential Projects

Built for residential communities

Residential buildings need parking and access that tenants never have to think about. Cars they own get in on their own, and cars that don't belong stay outside. Nakheel Residences joins the residential projects Entry2Exit has delivered across the UAE.

Common questions about this deployment

What did Entry2Exit deliver at Nakheel Residences?

Entry2Exit delivered tenant-only parking access across the three Nakheel Residences buildings in Fujairah. Every parking entry has a CAME gate barrier and a Hikvision ANPR camera, and the allowed vehicles are managed from a dashboard.

Who can park at Nakheel Residences?

Only tenants. A vehicle has to be registered by the building admin before the barrier will open for it.

How do tenants register their vehicles?

Tenants register their vehicles through the building admin, who adds the allowed plates on the dashboard. From then on, the ANPR camera recognises the car at the entry and the barrier opens automatically.

Is there paid parking at Nakheel Residences?

No. Parking is for tenants only and there is no parking fee, so access is based on vehicle registration alone.

What happens if an unregistered car arrives?

The ANPR camera reads the plate, finds no match on the allowed list, and the barrier stays closed.

Does Entry2Exit work on other residential projects?

Yes. Residential projects are a big part of Entry2Exit's work in the UAE, including visitor management at St. Regis and Marriott Residences. You can read more on the parking management page.
