Mai Dubai bottled water plant is one of the largest in the UAE. Being the largest means they are equipped to handle hundreds and thousands of deliveries each day, solving what was a huge problem back in the day.

The scale at which Mai Dubai operates, Logistical challenges are more prone. This is where Entry2Exit stepped in. Prior to implementing Entry2Exit Dock Management System, Mai Dubai was facing;

  • Difficulty managing long lines of trucks everyday
  • Delay in loading/unloading activities
  • Truck drivers were having a hard time waiting for hours
  • There was no option to alert drivers or to communicate

Entry2Exit Dock Management System

Entry2Exit was given the task of optimizing truck queueing, scheduling, monitoring and managing the whole operation with one single solution. We introduced our dock management system, Which solves these exact issues with some additional custom requirements.

We did a study on the operational side of things and came up with the perfect solutioning to fix the truck management issue forever.

Some of the solutioning includes;

  • Gate pass registration for trucks using QR Code/Online form
  • Once the gate pass is issued, Truck drivers gets notified to move to the parking bay – using SMS
  • The parked trucks then get an SMS notification for proceeding to the loading/unloading bay
  • The activity is then logged to the system – letting all personnel informed
  • At the end, Security guards can sign out each truck after the operation is complete
