A hotel is a hard place to put a system in, because you cannot stop the building while you work. Guests are checking in, vendors are at the loading bay, and staff are changing shift, all at once. So we built around the flow instead of against it.
The gate pass and the RFID card do most of the work. A visitor gets a pass, a card, and access to exactly the areas they need. Everything else stays closed to them. The readers log each tap, so the record writes itself and the guard does not have to.
