Dubai Metro Blue Line Coming to Al Warqa
The Dubai Metro Blue Line is currently under construction and will include an Al Warqa Station. The 30 km line with 14 stations will connect the Red and Green Lines, serving an area expected to house one million residents by 2040. Construction is expected to reach 30% completion by end of 2026, with the line scheduled to open on 9 September 2029.
Until then, expect occasional traffic diversions near the construction zones. RTA buses F10 and F61 continue to serve the area from Rashidiya Bus Station.
